Revised description (May 2015) for a mixed use development comprising of up to 385 dwellings, provision of 1.69ha of land for a single form entry primary school and associated infrastructure including details of access with all other matters reserved. A public meeting was arranged by SoS on Tuesday 9 June at the Priory Centre, Stretton. This went to appeal but in November 2016 it was announced that the the Secretary of State has dismissed the appeal for the build of 300+ homes and a Primary School on land off Craythorne Road, therefore the refusal for permission stands.
