St Mary's Festival of Christmas Trees & Advent Wreaths
Friday 28 November – Tuesday 2 December 2008, St Mary’s Church

Many of you will remember the very successful Christmas Tree Festival held at St Mary’s a few years ago. There have been many requests to repeat the event and this year St Mary’s enlarged the range of the Festival, by including Christmas Wreaths. The church was open daily from 1-6pm, with refreshments & 4Cs stall in the Old Schoolroom. On the Friday evening there was a Concert of Christmas Music and Carols by Beatus Choral, starting at 7.30pm.

The Church was filled with trees and wreaths, thanks to the creativity of this fantastic village and its groups. Below and on the following pages are photographs of the trees and a sample of the many wreaths.
