New developments should be restricted to housing which fits in with ascertained local area demand.

The green spaces and open landscapes around the village (Anslow Lane, Knowles Hill, Station Road etc.) should be retained.

The former Forest of Needwood Site may require special consideration if a change of use is contemplated.
